Review: Luxury Christmas Vacation in Italy, Florence, Florence, Milan, Piedmont, Alba, Barolo, Bolzano, Lake Garda

Our agent was an incredibly nice and helpful travel expert. We were traveling to Italy in the winter and were uncertain of travel conditions, so we sought his help. From the very start he was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating to our recommended travel itinerary. He helped provide insight about many uncertainties we had since we had no idea about the winter-time considerations for Italy and with such specific info requests blogs and search articles just weren't enough.

Through several pre-trip travel adjustments he was always ready to help make the changes. At times, we may have appreciated a bit more behind the scenes insight as to winter-time recommendations or line-item type expenses. That said, we were very specific in our activity requests and he provided detailed and thoughtful recommendations for each and every one of the requested activities including transportation. Where the support was most appreciated was helping accomodate a last-minute travel delay by the airline. With one email to our agent, he was able to make all the necessary adjustments to help our trip go smoothly. He even was able to get the first night of the hotel refunded since we would not be there in time.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this agent due to his friendly, responsive, and accommodating approach. Many thanks and look forward to visiting Italy again in the future!
