Review: Luxury European Honeymoon, France, Italy, Nice, Rome, Venice, Tuscany, Sorrento

Thank you! Our agent and her team were absolutely wonderful! We really cannot say enough great things about the trip.  Everything went smoothly.  We traveled from New York to Nice to Venice to Florence/Chianti to Rome to Sorrento.

Transportation: Our agent purchased all our train tickets ahead of time and the ride were all easy.  Everywhere we traveled to we were greeted upon arrival by a representative holding a sign with our name at the end of the train track.  Additionally, someone from a travel agency greeted us in the hotel lobby everyday promptly to deliver us to the trains.  

Restaurant recommendations: all the restaurants that our agent and her team recommended were wonderful and offered us the chance to try the best of the best of local cuisine.  

Guides: All guides were wonderful! All were so well informed, kind, and provided us so much information.  They also allowed us to ask as many questions as we wanted and provided thorough answers to everything.  I really cannot say enough great things about all of the guides.  Our favorites though were our guides in Venice and in Rome.  Both were over the top in terms of kindness and knowledge of the sights.

Finally, our agent herself was wonderful.  She ensured that our rooms at each hotel were upgraded to suites and even arranged for us to be greeted at our hotel in Venice with a bottle of prosecco!  We had one issue with a hotel in Rome.  The hotel went through a very recent change for the worse.  We called our agent (who provides her cell phone to customers in case they need her).  She was on vacation with her family at the time but took the time to fix the problem.  Within 15 minutes she arranged for us to stay in another hotel, which was absolutely beautiful, and even set us up in a suite there as well.  We really had an overall AMAZING trip and it was thanks to our agent and her team.
