Planning - Excellent

Execution and Coordination - Excellent. Friendly staff, attention to our needs, quick response.

Destination Information - Very Good

Excursions - Very Good

Restaurant Recommendation - The one we tried are up to their recommendation.

Hotel Choice - Excellent. Clean and convenient located.

Private Transfer -Very Good. Most drivers are nice and accommodating. Vehicle is comfortable.

Tour Guides and Drivers - Out of the 5 tour guides and 3 drivers, the guide in Slovakia is not recommended. The one in Budapest come as guide/driver in one and is different from guide and driver as described in the itinerary. The result is we have to tour 1 location on our own because she can find parking space. She also has an unusual behavior of not allowing us to shoot video while she talk even the camera is not pointing at her. The rest of the guides and drivers are excellent.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Apart from the guided tour groups, the most enjoyable part of our trip is that we can customized all the itinerary to our needs so we did have a very relaxing and easy going vacation. Even though we might miss visitation to some churches or castles like some of the guided tour in their 'rushed' itinerary, we can decided when to start the day and my wife particular like the fact that she has enough time to stroll and do her shopping in those side-street boutique shops. On the other hand, I have time to taste some of the real local cuisine or street food. We paid double or triple $$$ for this trip compared to those guided tours but you get what you paid for.

This is what a relax vacation should be. We both enjoyed the change style travel with this travel agency after all those guided tours.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would request for higher consistent quality of guides and drivers from our travel company. We already booked this company for another 4 nights post cruise shore excursion through Tuscany, Italy in January 2018. Hopefully, they can improve our travel experience.
