From the very beginning our agent was very professional and helpful.  All the tours and accommodations were wonderful!  All of the tour guides were very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome.  There was no real language barrier, which was something we were concerned about prior to the trip.  Our travel agent was always available and very helpful.
