A few of the local guides seemed to rush through the tours and leave early - wish they took the time and fulfilled their entire obligation.  Hotels location was great but we would have preferred a better quality of hotels with good wifi and better quality of rooms and breakfast - would not mind spending more to get a better experience. In Madrid, we would have preferred to visit the Palace instead of the city walking tour.

We really appreciate our client's input and his very positive review. We try to give our travelers a real insight with Spanish soul and character, so our travelers value our passion and energies. Especially appreciated by our community is how our local guides take the time and go the extra mile to accompany our travelers even further than expected, always. Typically a guide working for us would never be able to do more than two tours per day: one in the morning, one in the afternoon, so that they never need to rush through the landmarks explained. Even though our tours typically last some 4 hours, I have seen many times my staff spending 5 or more to simply have a traveler pleased with the service. I personally dedicated more than 3 hours to our tapas tour in Madrid, while normally it's a tour that lasts 2 1/2 hours.

With regards to his comment about hotels, I reviewed my first proposal and found out that we quoted a set of deluxe properties. I can agree that the hotels finally chosen were clearly below in standard to the previously offered, but that was the choice made by the travelers.
