My family and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Italy. We used this planner and her company as our travel agency and I can't say enough good things about her. We had never been to Italy and we packed a lot into our week-long trip, and our travel planner put together an itinerary that was perfect for us and proved that she really listens and knows her stuff. Furthermore, we made several changes before and during our trip, and our travel planner was flexible, competent, and professional every step of the way. We will definitely use her again - she's the best!
