Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

If I could have awarded this company six stars for their service, I would have don that. Our travel agents and every other member of the team was excellent. As attentive as they were when working to earn our business, they continued that very high level of service and attentiveness as we planned and refined the trip and during the trip. We had a wonderful experience in Costa Rica. We saw many animals and enjoyed incredible experiences -- many unexpected -- that made our trip very special. We could not have been more pleased than we were with this travel agency. I would be pleased to provide a very favorable reference for anyone considering a trip to Costa Rica.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The incredible wildlife was most memorable. Among sloths, several species of monkeys, toucans, hummingbirds, crocodiles, caymans, snakes and so many other beautiful and interesting animals, it is impossible to characterize anything as "most enjoyable." All were amazing. There experiences also were terrific: kayaks, river boats, rainforests and other jungles, night time in the jungle, beaches, mountains ... everything was well-planned, effectively led with highly knowledgeable and friendly guides. We could not fairly have asked for more.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I honestly don't think I could fairly say I would have done anything differently. I would have liked more time, but we spent 12 days in Costa Rica, I don't think I fairly could ask that.

If I took another trip to Cost Rica, I would go back to this company and ask them to design another trip, focusing on including some experiences that we did not have time for on this trip.
