I worked with this travel agent throughout the process. She truly made a trip my wife and I will never forget. She listened to what we were looking for a designed our trip based on this. The hotel accommodations and location were exactly as we had dreamed. Our agent arranged transfers and airline tickets perfectly. She was in touch with us through email during our trip and gave us an emergency contact number. I can’t thank this company enough for a wonderful vacation.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our tour of Delos was amazing because of the private guide that the travel agency arranged for us. The restaurants that were suggested were amazing and the hotels incredible.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We did Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini in 7 days. I would have liked to spend 2 extra days so that I did feel the need to rush or added a day between flying home and flying to Athens.

Also, this was my first time using an online travel service. I was nervous about putting out so much money online and used a credit card, paying an extra 3% fee. I think stressing that Zicasso financially stands behind your services would be helpful.
