We would have gone to Rhodes instead of Santorini or we would have stayed at a different hotel in Santorini. The villas were not worth the price at all.

Thank you for your comments. Indeed we had wonderful communication in planning your trip to Greece.  Typically our travel documents are sent to our clients 2 weeks prior to travel. This is to ensure that all flight details, pickup times etc. are the most up-to-date since they change often. To eliminate confusion this is why we send travel documents closer to your travel date.  

All hotels and commitments were fully confirmed and all rooms types are written and confirmed as per our contract.  While in Crete when you arrived to the hotel, you complained about the room being noisy.  Because of our relationship with the hotel the manager immediately changed your room and also complimentary upgraded you to the next best room.   In Santorini upon your arrival you called us at 2:15pm because the room was not ready.  We immediately called the hotel manager to find out that the previous clients had an unexpected  late check-out and that the room would be ready in 5 minutes.  You checked in at 2:25pm.  You advised us that the hotel should have known your arrival time.  The hotel did know your arrival time however its beyond our control how the hotel allocates or releases rooms.  We did all we could to get complimentary services because of the later check-in.  Also after talking on the phone you seemed happy and satisfied with regards to our handling.   We are sorry that you feel we were not proactive enough.  We did the best we could to ensure your vacation was as seamless as possible.  We were always there to answer your call requests 24/7 and we handled all your requests the best we could.
