Chris at this travel company planned the trip of a lifetime for us.  I have never worked with a travel agent before so I didn't quite know what to expect, but I was blown away by how he elevated a mere vacation to an unforgettable experience . I gave him a very general idea of what I was looking for but, because he has an intimate knowledge of the area, he could ask the right questions and offer suggestions so that, in the end, we came out with a very personalized itinerary.  He responded to all my emails within minutes.  And, during the actual trip, there was a certain amount of security knowing I had him in my corner just in case anything went awry (which, of course, it did not).
