This Italy travel company was excellent. I worked with Matteo. They were very attentive to anything I needed from the moment I booked the trip (6 months in advance!) to the last day before I flew home. One of the very nice features is that they provided me with an italian nokia smart phone set up with a data package and call plan so that I had no issues making telephone calls in Italy... it was a huge help on several occassions! The phone even had 1hr free call time to the US. Matteo helped us plan our trip by booking things that we were interested in... cooking classes, wine tastings, personal guided tours of cities, etc and all the events were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again when I return to visit other parts of Italy.
