This travel agency is truly professional. All of our guides and drivers were prompt and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They exceeded all our expectations. If you had any questions or problems just one call to our agent solved the problem immediately. She was in constant text messaging about our trip and how it was going. We did not speak any Italian. Our guides were extremely fluent in English. Having guides and drivers meet you at the airport, train stations and your hotel lobby saved us many hours of time looking for taxis or tour guides. I plan to travel more in Europe and Asia and will definitely be using Zicasso again. I easily give this company 5 Stars.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

This is a very hard question because the whole trip was great.The drive on the Amalfi Coast,The Vatican, Pompei and Capri. The food tours in Florence and the wineries were fantastic. This was truly an excellent bucket list trip. I had to explain Bucket List to guides. They liked it.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Stay longer. I should have taken at least 5 more days.
