Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had a wonderful trip from Lake Como to Milan to Cinque Terre to Florence. In addition to seeing Florence, Florence was our base for day trips into small beautiful towns in Tuscany. Our agent worked carefully with us from the beginning to get the right mix of independent travel and guided travel during our trip. It all came together wonderfully during our travels and we have many great memories from this trip as a result. We strongly recommend this company if you are planning a trip to Italy in the future. We'll definitely use them again should we decide to revisit this beautiful country.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Although there were MANY enjoyable parts of our trip, we probably enjoyed the guided day trips into several towns of Tuscany. Beautiful views of the area, great wine, and friendly people.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We probably wouldn't change anything regarding the arrangements and experiences coordinated by our travel company. We were pleased with the quality of our accommodations, the sites and experiences, as well as other travel arrangements (trains, tour bus for day trips, etc.). Unfortunately, one of the friends traveling with us was pick-pocketed while leaving a crowded train in Cinque Terre and we'd like to do THAT differently, but this, of course, has nothing to do with our travel company.
