Review: Luxury Italy Vacation, Rome, Florence, Naples, Cinque Terre, Pompeii, Gran Paradiso national Park, Path of Gods Hike

Our agent was outstanding. I already have recommend Zicasso and this travel agency to friends. All of the guides & drivers were punctual and knowledgeable. Hotels were all top notch. We really enjoyed Residenza Paolo VI in Rome. This hotel had outstanding service and is located right next to Vatican City. Another great hotel we stayed at was our hotel in Naples. We stayed at Palazzo Decumani. The staff their was very helpful and gave us great advice about the city. One more hotel that stuck out was Hotel De La Ville located in Florence. This Hotel was very cute and provided great service as well. Our agent work we me on our agenda and tweak it until it was perfect. Travel days were used to the fullest by stopping at attractions and towns -- which, on my own I may not have planned. Our agent was on hand to answers any question 24/7. Travel instructions were clear and concise. This was a most stress free vacation I ever been on. A+++++++++
