Our tour designer was excellent from start to finish. He worked with us to plan our trip detail by detail. Even when we changed our minds and went back and forth he was happy to work with us and make the trip perfect for us. Plus, we also just placed complete trust in him for setting up our tours over our time in Italy and they all exceeded our expectations! Additionally, he was on hand throughout the trip. He provided us with numbers to reach him. When there was a slight confusion about whether a service was prepaid, we called him and he immediately worked it out with the vendor. Everything was top notch and we would have never found those companies, wine tours, walking tours, and activities ourselves. Thanks to our tour designer for the best trip!!!
