This travel company's representative is a gem. She was very supportive, knowledgeable and flexible (patient) with us and our needs, most especially with the changes we have requested during the planning stages of our trip. When we had a bit of an issue with our airline ticket, she was there to assist us, considering the time difference (I believe it was midnight US time). Not sure if it was even her job to help us but she did it anyway.
