Our travel agent was very helpful since the moment we first talked on the phone. The itinerary that she put together for my mom and I was spectacular. She captured our wants and needs.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The city of Venice was unlike any other in the world.

Eating alfresco throughout Italy serenaded by musicians was very enjoyable!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I might update the hotel in Rome to a higher star. We didn't like that the breakfasts were not included. Bed sheets not as soft.

The tour guide for Cannaregio in Venice didn't make our visit there as enjoyable as we're were hoping for.

Even when she was punctual, and dressed in a professional manner. She didn't tell us stories about the place...She seemed nervous, rushed, and at least twice she mentioned that she doesn't like to guide that area.
