The one of best thing about our recent trip to New Zealand and Australia was this travel company and the travel planner. Our travel planner was a constant guide for us both during the planning months and our trip. Her professionalism and concern were exhibited throughout the experience. In the planning phase, our planner listened and made appropriate changes and improvements to our itinerary. She really made it "our" trip with a mixture of nature and history/culture. During the trip she helped make some changes as we got tired, or in one case sick.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Where do we begin. This was a once in a life time trip for us. We had never been to Australia or New Zealand. We came away with an appreciation for the vast distances, wonderful cities, rugged and beautiful country sides, and friendly people. If we have to choose, it is hard to forget Adelaide and Kangaroo Island in Australia. Queenstown, Dunedin and Napier are a few of the places that stand out in New Zealand. We have favorite stories from each place we visited. Certainly standouts were the many people who met us at airports, the helpful tour guides, the fun comfortable hotels, along with the many side trips.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We are not sure how to answer this. We covered a lot of territory (14 flights). The day we spent traveling from Kangaroo Island to Cains was hard. So some times we were tired. However, we had limited time and wanted to see so much. Maybe we'd plan to spend longer times in some places.
