Our New Zealand travel agent did a great job assisting in our vacation planning. She provided an initial suggested itinerary then adjusted it to meet our needs. The hotels she booked were exceptional. Although not a cheap vacation, she worked to keep the cost as low as possible while meeting our needs. I would recommend working with her.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We did so many things that were memorable. Canyoning in Auckland, blackwater rafting in Waitomo, bungy jjumping in Queenstown, glacier hiking in Franz Josef.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I definitely would not do the Milford sound tour. It was a high expense activity to see landscape we saw at many other areas. We did not get to sit together as a family on a 4.5 hour bus ride which was very disappointing for the money we paid for this.
