We had an amazing visit to Portugal - our experience was made even better because of our travel agent, and her agency. From the initial email conversations to determine our itinerary, outings to consider, and hotels to stay, we felt that she was able to understand our interests and traveling style. Although we were active the entire trip (our traveling style), the pace was never so frantic that we couldn't relax, have fun and enjoy our time away.

From our meeting with our agent at the airport to each step along the way, there was never a missed connection. We had easy to read instructions and a wonderful schedule planned that included all the elements you would want to experience in visiting Portugal. Our agent considered each detail, and we were impressed with her continued communication with us during the trip. Her total focus was making sure that everything went as flawlessly as possible.  We plan to travel again to Portugal and look forward to working with this company to help us plan our next journey!
