The trip was well planned and all the local guides were very well informed and experienced.  They were all very dedicated and knew about the history of the places and tried very hard to satisfy out of the box requests e.g., I wanted to know what is the difference between Burano laces versus Sicilian laces.  The Palermo guide took time to find a lace making store to bring me there to see and explain.  The driver was extremely careful and good a steady and reliable driver.  My agent from the travel company called or whatsapp me every day to check on me and is extremely helpful.  I would strongly recommend my friends to join this travel company.
