The trip planning and customer service were excellent; this goes both for my travel agency and their local partner in Ecuador and Peru. They took care of every detail in advance - from meals to hotels to tickets to drivers and guides - and their recommendations regarding sites and schedule really enhanced the experience. Highly recommend.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

It's hard to choose, but the Galapagos cruise was a highlight - such a beautiful place, and the service on ship was excellent throughout our trip. Sunrise from sun gate at Machu Picchu was also memorable.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Not much. Possibly less rustic accommodations in the Amazon.
