Loved working with this travel agent, she was friendly, thorough and very informative. Our Tour Guide and the Driver were both very nice gentlemen, they went to great lengths to accommodate our requests, they were very knowledgeable, funny, and fun to be with. We had a really nice time.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

By far, the best part of our stay was our experience at the COMO Shambhala Estate. Wish we would have stayed there for an entire week (or longer). The staff, service, amenities and food were all wonderful.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Would increase our time at the Shambhala Estate, would not have stayed at the resort in Ubud (it wasn't bad, it was just an unnecessary stop) and would have preferred to have the yoga retreat at the end of the tour instead of the beginning, only because the driving to our excursions was tedious and far away from our last stay in Jimbaran. However, this is in no way a reflection of the tour company, I believe that it was my idea to start with the wellness retreat (live and learn, I guess).
