Overall we enjoyed our tour very much, no surprises, very kind people in every location that we visited, all itinerary was covered as plan, no last minute changes and perfect logistics. We definitely would like to recommend Zicasso travel agency, no questions asked.

The only opportunity that we see is with the level of the local guides, overall we had a good experience, but you can make a clear distinction when comparing average or below average tour guides vs. top notch (a couple of them). Our guide in Nepal was the best, he exceeded our expectations, he was very knowledgeable but at the same time he gave us the space that we needed to enjoy at the fullest (having the right judgment), and of course with great attitude.

The driver was also very good, we travelled from Jaipur to Agra, and from Agra to Delhi, and he was very good managing the chaos of crazy traffic and always with the right attitude.
