Review: Luxury Tour of Spain, Barcelona

I would stay at a different hotel in Barcelona.  They began renovations the day we arrived.  There were 3 large dumpster in front of the entrance and it was very noisy.  They worked from 8am to 7pm which seems particularly inconsiderate.  Most buildings have a stop time at 5pm.  Also we might choose to stay at 5* instead of 4* hotels in Spain since we found the 4* a bit disappointing.

Thank you for your wonderful comments about your experience .  It was very unfortunate that your room was very close to the works that were taking place in Barcelona, and we are concerned that we were not made aware of the situation before hand, or during your visit there. Ultimately, we are grateful that you informed us of this incident while still on your travels and that we were able to turn this experience around so that your whole your visit in Spain was great.
