Our travel agent did a fantastic job customizing the trip to meet our need. The quality of the hotels, tour guides and travel arrangements were top notch. I would strongly recommend using Zicasso and this travel agent if you are planning a trip to Italy.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Venice was the most charming and unique city.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would only schedule one guided tour per day.
