Our family trip to Chile was amazing. This travel agency was incredible to work with, taking our ideas and suggestions and creating a once in a lifetime family trip for 16 incorporating ages from 11-82. They were thorough, detailed, and followed up at every step of the trip. There were personalized welcome notes at each location and our agent met us in when we arrived in Santiago for the last day of our trip. When one family lost luggage after a missed flight from the U.S. our travel agency stepped in to help resolve the problem.
