We absolutely loved the experience provided by this travel agency.  Our travel specialist absolutely hit the bullseye with our itinerary, pace and planned activities.    She really seemed to understand our upscale and active, but laid back vibe that we envisioned for our 2 week trip.  The lodges/boutique hotel choices were all that we hoped, and usually better.  The excursions/events were superior.  When weather forced a cancellation, she contacted us before we were able to contact her.   Proud Kiwi, pleasant demeanor, savvy planning and consistent professionalism define our experience with this agent.  We look forward to planning our next visit with her.
