Our agent was very prompt and responded within 24 hours all the time. He gave his advice and at the same time, incorporated our comments to come up with a best fitted schedule for us, which is why we chose to go with this travel agency, although they were not the cheapest option. 

Day trips and local transport were covered by our travel agency most of the time. The ground staff will always be there waiting for us whenever we arrived at a new place, to transfer us to our destination. We really appreciate their punctuality and the way they communicated with each other perfectly; so even though we were not picked up by the same driver/staff/guide all the time, there wasn't any issue of miscommunication.
