I cant' say enough about this travel agent. The customer service was beyond my expectations. Everyone was courteous and quick to respond to my numerous questions. It's a small staff, all from Italy, and were knowledgeable in the country and all that it offers.  The custom itinerary they put together for me was suited perfect for me and my daughters. The accommodations, driver, tours were outstanding. It was the my dream trip and they took it up a notch. I am so happy with their service and recommend them to everyone. On the morning of our flight out, we found out our flight from Paris to Florence was cancelled due to a strike. Not knowing what to do and in a state of panic, we called our agent (she offers 24/ concierge service). Although it was a Sunday, she picked up and quickly made other arrangements for us. She took care of everything effectively and eased our anxiety so that we could begin our trip knowing that we were well taken care of.
