Not fly virgin Australia. They almost made me miss an excursion. Also I wouldn't have done the opera house, it's a neat structure to check out but the guided tour was sub-par. Lastly, I would have packed as much to do into every single day. Even if there was an all day excursion, I would want to plan an evening activity as well if at all possible.
