Which Country (Countries) did you visit on this trip?

Peru

Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This travel company did a very good job overall with planning and delivering in terms of transfers and tickets. They did fall short, however, on some of the hotels they recommended, against my advice. They also missed a critical transfer to Machu Picchu, and I nearly missed my train to the top.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

My trip to Easter Island. My travel company did a good job with the hotel. However, the guides from the local agency which were chosen were less than stellar.

In Peru, I really enjoyed my visit to lake Tikkikaka. The outings and guide were great, and the experience was excellent.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would insist, again the agent's recommendation, that a higher class of hotels be booked. Also, I would find a better, more efficient, way of getting around between destinations.
