Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This travel company handled our arrangements for travel to New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. We were extremely pleased with services we received not only from this company but all of the travel partners they worked with to make our trip a success. All of our transfers were on time, the accommodations were all in convenient locations with amenities and any pre-booked tours were carried out with professionalism from reputable companies. I worked directly with Kate to organize the trip and she patiently worked with each of the 4 of us traveling to meet specific needs. We purchased everything though this travel company including all flights and travel insurance. Our primary airline from the US to NZ was Air New Zealand, what a terrific airline! We were very pleased.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Every day trumped the day before!! I used an application called Journi to keep track of our days. No one should miss the Doubtful Sound cruise or a ferry out to Waiheke Island .......both are New Zealand. We are adventures so rafting, bungy and lots of hiking were part of our trip. Our travel company catered to our request of assuring we had spots reserved for the most popular tours while giving us plenty of free days to explore. The Sydney Bridge Climb is a must do for anyone not afraid of heights and climbing. It's very safe and the view can't be duplicated. The Taronga Zoo shouldn't be passed up and oddly enough, we also enjoyed the Sydney Aquarium. It's small but a great conservation and teaching center. The Daintree Rainforest, Penguin Parade......It was all a dream trip come true for all of us!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I'd drive more and fly less. We only had a limited amount of time and wanted to get to as many things on our list as we could. That meant spending a lot of time in airports. We felt safe in both New Zealand and Australia so renting a car or camper would be my choice next time. I would have left Fiji off and stayed longer in either New Zealand or Australia. Fiji was special but the resort was about an hour and half from any of the best tours. The resort was beautiful and a great spot for families looking to have a family get away. There is no town to really wander into and it's rather isolated. The waters weren't as pretty as expected but this just may have been where we were in the massive number of islands. The Fijian people are some of the nicest you'll ever meet.
