Our trip was super wonderful from start to finish.  Our contact at our travel agency was great to work with, first in the planning process and then later when we were in Vietnam.  She called us several times to make sure all was well, and she was always available for questions.  The logistics worked well and the hotels were fine.  Our family enjoyed the excursions we planned, and we became friends with all of our guides and drivers.  They made the trip more personal and we learned much more from them than we would have been able to do on our own.  My expectations for the trip were high, and the good people of this company -- especially our agent and the guides -- were even better than I expected.
