Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Totally wonderful experience. We were well taken care of throughout- professional, timely service. They selected all the highlights we would have wanted to see and chose hotels and restaurants that matched our taste. They were flexible the few times we wanted or needed to reshape the day (only necessary once or twice based on the weather) and the whole trip was seamless.

This is the second major trip we have had arranged by Zicasso and it was perfect- we recommend them to all our friends.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The major highlights - this was a first time overview tour and Ha Long Bay

Angkor Wat were amazing.

The food throughout was terrific- restaurant choices great.

In Hanoi we were pleasantly delighted by the lunch restaurant - gave us the french colonial feel.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We were not so keen on Hoi An - so I think perhaps if we could have discussed our lack of interest in shopping that may have been skipped altogether and we could have seen Ho Chi Min city or something else.

However, we were delighted with the Champa museum - so that was something we may not have thought of but should have stressed that we like culture/arts.

Cant predict everything but maybe the emphasis of where our interest lay could have been clearer.
