Our trip to Spain was great, and we highly recommend working with this travel agent to plan a trip to Spain.  Our agent created an itinerary that was tailor-made for us and our interests.  She was also very responsive (both during the planning process and while we were in Spain), and checked in with us throughout out trip.  She even sent fruit and chocolates to our hotel to welcome us to Madrid.

It was wonderful to not have to worry about any logistics once we arrived in Spain.  Our agent arranged for all of our train tickets, drivers, hotels and guides.  All of the drivers and guides who our agent selected were on-time, enthusiastic, and engaging.  We liked all of the hotels that our agent selected.  All were distinctive, provided excellent service, and were in perfect locations for us to walk and explore the cities we were visiting.

We also appreciated the app that our agent provided that contained our itinerary for us to view on our phones while traveling, along with information about each city (including restaurant recommendations and information about cultural events).   We tried several of the restaurants that our agent recommended, and were happy with them.
