We couldn't be happier with this travel agent and his company.  He planned a four week trip for us to Spain and Portugal that exactly matched our traveling style and interests.  He varied our experiences from big cities to small villages.  He scheduled us with private guides that were intelligent, generous, thoughtful, and able to adjust our tour on the spot according to our interests.  He checked in with us frequently and made sure everything was alright.  During one communication we mentioned we were off to try a restaurant he had suggested and within five minutes he let us know that the chef was saving a good table for us and would treat us well.  How can you beat that?  If we needed to change something on our itinerary, this agent made the change quickly.  He gave us very personal and prompt attention.
