Our trip was one of the best and we have this travel agency to thank. As soon as we presented our ideas for our personalized trip to our agent, we were given a detailed itinerary which included accommodations, sights and suggested private tour guides. After we had engaged in a phone conversation and several email correspondence , we were able to "tweek" the itinerary to incorporate our requests into his suggestions. We continued to correspond on several occasions with questions which were immediately answered. The outcome was close to perfect!  Our agency's choices for accommodations were top notch , our private guides were extremely knowledgable and friendly and this company did a great job booking trains, planes and automobiles for us.
