Review: Spain Vacation, Madrid, Barcelona, Ronda, Montilla, Wine Tasting, Cooking Lesson

Our family just came back from a 9 day trip to Spain organized by this travel agent. From the beginning I really liked our travel agent because she is consistently responsive. She got back to me in less than 24 hours after I contacted her and every question we had in the trip planning process and even during the actual trip was immediately addressed.  She took time to understand who was going on the trip and their needs and adjusted things accordingly. She made great suggestions in terms of our itinerary. She is extremely meticulous and doesn't miss a thing. Even the guides we met in the various tours told us that they loved working with this agent because she is so "particular." 

Things we particulary appreciated included: 1) all of drivers and guides were incredibly punctual 2) all the hotels she picked for us were varied but very nice places (very clean and great service).  I actually looked forward to each new place to just even see the hotel she picked out for us. 

 Two of the highlights for our family was getting a guided tour with our agent in the Montilla region of her hometown and visiting a vineyard were we had a cooking class and wine tasting and the other highlight was our guided tour our guide in Rhonda who was so knowledgable and so willing to answer our questions. 

At the end of the trip I realized that this travel planner was not just our travel agent but a friend. For our trip next year, we will ask her to plan our trip to Portugal and the parts of Spain we didn't get to see.
