We first got in touch with this travel agency through Zicasso and this travel planner started taking care of us. We told him what we thought we wanted - such as Elephant riding and some other activities and gave him free reign to plan the rest of the trip for us.

Our travel planner was extremely knowledgeable about Thailand and made brilliant suggestions. In the end we had an action packed 14-day vacation planned.

On our arrival we first spent a few hours in Bangkok and then met our travel planner personally. He gave us his mobile number and encouraged us to contact him whenever we felt we might need him.

And then we were off on a whirlwind of tours. The tours were fantastic, the guides extremely knowledgeable and friendly and added their flavor to our Thailand experience.

We needed our travel planner a couple of times during our trip in order to confirm some things, change schedules etc. He was always there, always ready to help and we found immediate responsiveness, regardless of what weekday it was or what time of day. He was truly spectacular!

I should mention, that while planning we had expected to take a friend along. She cancelled about 14 days before departure. Instead my sister decided to come. All no problem for our travel planner who rearranged things. Then, a few days before the trip, my brother-in-law decided to join the fun as well. Again, no problems for our travel planner who booked the extra person and made sure everything worked.

This travel planner is extremely service oriented and we would book again with him any time. Thank you for helping make this an really memorable trip!
