As your comment, we are joyful to hear that you and your friend enjoyed the getaway in Thailand with us. Besides that, we also recognized that your trip still had some concerns apart from the positive side. After checked with our local officer, we would like to make apology for this inconvenience and explain your concern briefly as below.

The Koh Yao Noi Biking Tour: As confirmed itinerary, we were supposed to arrange this join-in tour on Dec 29th. However, on that day, the biking tour company did not receive enough bookings as they need at least 04 guests to run this tour. Thus, they had asked our local officer if they could move your booking to Dec 28th. Our local guide was asked to mention this matter with you upon arrival on Dec 26th. Somehow, our local guide did not make clear this reason with you since he was afraid that you and your friend would be upset.

On Dec 28th, our local officer got reported that there were 06 persons including you and your friend joined this tour. By the end of year, the weather in the South is very unpredictable which causes rain in some regions in island. Thus, it affected the biking route as some roads became muddy and slippery. Due to guests’ safety condition, the biking guide changed the biking route a little bit, so the route would be further compared to estimated route in tour description. For this issue, the biking guide is very sorry for not informing you and other guests on spot. We hope you can understand that the biking route can be sometimes changed which subjects to the road condition and weather. 

Other beach activities in Phuket: As your confirmed itinerary, we also confirmed 02 beach activities which are Phang Nga Bay Full Day Tour From Phuket and Phi Phi Island & Bamboo Island By Speed Boat (Join-In). Therefore, we are wondering about the James Bond Tour as it was not confirmed in your itinerary. In Dec 27th, we got informed that you had asked our local officer to cancel Full Day Phang Nga Bay Tour since you preferred relaxing at hotel, hence our local team amended service as your request. Through this comment, we have taken note your constructive comment and will improve its logistic matter for next trips.

Sticky Water Falls excursion in Chiang Mai: Our Sales team had gotten this request to book this tour for you and your friend. Based in your comment, we have taken note your constructive comment with our local officer and supplier accordingly.
