Review: Tour of China & South Korea, Seoul, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guilin, Great Wall, Yulong River Bamboo Rafting, Baseball

This travel agency has an excellent visa department that managed our China visa quickly and efficiently. The agent who planned our vacation, was very professional and did his best to accomodate our requests. There were some communication issues in the planning portion or the trip and during our transfer from Hong Kong to Guilin but otherwise arrangements were handled well. Guides in China were professional and very good. The Korea guide was neither if those things and was one of the low points of the vacation. Hotels were very good with the exception of the hotel in Busan which was just dirty and aweful. The hotel in Hong Kong was under renovation but it was not intrusive. Breakfast at the hotel in Seoul was also pretty bad. All the charm of a mess hall and food to match. We bought breakfast elsewhere after the first day. The itinerary was followed well by the guides and in some cases improved upon based on their local experience.
