Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The trip was well planned with our interests in mind. The hotels selected were varied, well located and provided good service. The experience at Plitvice Lakes would have been improved had we been given more information about what to expect and more time to spend there. Our travel planner was very responsive to our needs and when a minor medical emergency arose she was very helpful.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

When you spend two weeks in a country as beautiful as Croatia it is difficult to pinpoint highlights. We enjoyed the truffle hunting and the cooking class. Walking the narrow streets through the old town of Split peaked the imagination, especially at night when the buildings were illuminated. The Museum of Folk Art in Zagreb was a jewel.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would probably spend a few more days in Croatia. Some of the activities seemed a bit rushed. That was particularly true in the Lakes area. I would have enjoyed a more leisurely pace. And I would plan to spend more time exploring the islands.
