Review: Tour of Italy, Rome, Florence, Tuscany, Chianti, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Pompeii, Vatican Tour

This trip was over 10 months in the making, as my agent and I emailed quite often and used Skype to completely customize my husband and I's first trip to Italy. There was so much we wanted to do, and we were beyond overwhelmed with the options. I was so glad that I came across Zicasso and that they put me in touch with this Italy travel company. So many other companies emailed me potential itineraries, but I was beyond impressed with this agent's from the very beginning. She prepared a dozen itineraries over this time period, and she was so patient and gracious with her advice, as well as very timely in her email responses. Her input was priceless, especially because it was obvious that she had great experience and had many resources. I cannot say enough how easy she made this process for us! It was all so organized, and she was even able to change little details up until the final minute. Once we got to Italy, the trip was flawless. Our drivers were timely and professional, the hotels were all impeccable, train rides perfectly organized, and each tour she had included for us were so much fun and just so great. Our agent sent me texts throughout our trip to check in, which was very thoughtful. We cannot wait to go back and plan another trip with her! I even have other family members that plan to use this agent and her company to plan their trips. We are so appreciative of the hard work, and for sharing your beautiful country with us!!!!!
