We were so pleased with our trip and the services planned by our agents.  They really listened to what we wanted in a trip and planned an itinerary that exceeded our expectations.  We were very impressed at their follow-up and how well we were taken care of when we arrived in Italy.  We never felt like we were there on our own.  Our drivers and tour guides were fantastic as well and really made the trip even more memorable.  The hotels were great and rooms were spacious compared to typical European lodging, as were the cities they selected us to visit.   Our agents and our guides and drivers provided us with great food recommendations.  All around an amazing and memorable trip and we couldn't have done it without these agents' help!  Thanks!
