The trip was very good, and we had excellent service from this travel agency.

Regarding Zicasso, their service was not as advertised - they promised three contacts with possible travel agents, but we had only one.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Sentra, Douro Valley, food, Gulbenkian Museum

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Perhaps take longer and drive a bit less.
