We travel extensively throughout the year and always planned our own vacations. In 2015, while planning a trip to Greece, we sought the elf of Zicasso. We were so happy with the experience that we have used Zicasso's services multiple times. This agency offered us terrific service, accommodations and private tours for the cities, museums and food scenes do Portugal and Spain. This agent and his team are easy to collaborate with and extremely knowledgeable and personable. His guides were exceptional in their depth of knowledge, good humor, intelligence and sophistication. Very pleased!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We were so pleasantly surprised with our Douro Valley trip. We had not intended to include the wine country, other than to drive through it and sample some wine. The Quinta do Pacheca was a gem and the picnic at Sandeman was ove the top for the views and food experience. Such a fun time! Our agency also booked us a two story suite in Madrid that was jaw dropping! Our agent met us for a drink on our last night in Madrid, which was a delight!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We booked pur plane ticket before we engaged our travel agency. That was a mistake on our part. Let them do all of the planning; it would have been a slightly different itinerary and easier to navigate.
