Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had a wonderful trip to Portugal and Spain. This travel company was very responsive to the few things that came up along the trip. They were very pleasurable to work with. They even called twice while we were traveling to see how things were going.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved all the guides that this travel agency gave us. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. All of the drivers were very nice as well. It was also interesting speaking to the guides to learn about their culture and history of the place we were visiting.

Our favorite hotel was the Art Inn. It was modern and clean and the breakfast was a little more extensive than the other hotels.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would have skipped the Azores. We enjoyed the mainland of Portugal and Spain much better. We also would have made reservations ahead of time for dinners.
