Review: Vacation and Marriage Proposal in Chile, Santiago, Patagonia, Torres del Paine, Easter Island, Food & Wine

This was my first time using a travel agency, so I was a bit nervous at first because the company is based in South America and I am in the U.S..  To ease my nervousness, I scoured the internet for other user reviews to make sure the other customers also had good experiences with this travel agency.  (From everything I read, they did!).

Our agent was my main point of contact and he was very receptive to our desired itinerary.  I outlined my general timeline of 12 days, and budget, and he came back with three different itineraries for me and my fiance to consider.   I did some individual research on the hotels/resorts he selected, and was not disappointed!  We ultimatly selected Santiago-Patagonia-Easter Island.   Our travel agent took care of everything! This included all of the transfers, tours, and domestic flights.  I had to spend pretty much no time planning any of this trip - which was exactly what I wanted.

During our trip he was in touch periodically, which was great.  We also made some very small tweaks to our itinerary and he was receptive and flexible with cancelling some of our transfers.  All in all, I would tell everyone who wants to travel to South America to contact this company.
