Working with an unknown travel agency is always a worry.  This tour company’s connection to Zicasso helped me decide to give them a try.  Then there was my tour planner from this tour company.  He was marvelous.  I had done a good deal of research on my planned trip to Vietnam and Cambodia.  My tour planner worked with me to prepare a taylor made itinerary that covered all elements.  Don’t think there was one glitch in his planning.  As with any plan it always comes down to the quality of the guides.  Two of the three guides were ok.  The third guide (for my stay in Siem Reap) was perfect.  His knowledge of the temple sites was exceptional.  He actually provided a spiritual element to the 4 days of touring.
